Pristine Car Wraps operates as a service coordination and referral platform. Our role is to connect customers with independent, third-party installers who provide vehicle wrapping, detailing, and related services.

Our Role

Pristine Car Wraps does not directly perform vehicle wrap installations, removals, or related automotive services. All services arranged through Pristine Car Wraps are carried out by independent subcontractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of Pristine Car Wraps.

Contractor Responsibility

Each subcontractor is solely responsible for:

• The quality and durability of workmanship

• Proper installation, removal, and handling of wrap materials

• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Holding all required licenses, permits, and certifications (if applicable)

• Carrying their own insurance, including liability and garage coverage

• Any damages to vehicles, wrap materials, or property

• Any defects, peeling, bubbling, fading, or premature wear

• Delays, scheduling issues, or service interruptions

Pristine Car Wraps does not supervise, control, or direct how subcontractors perform their work.

Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pristine Car Wraps is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to paint damage, surface imperfections, or issues arising during or after installation or removal

• Pristine Car Wraps is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or disputes related to subcontractor services

• Any claims, concerns, or disputes must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the work

• Pristine Car Wraps does not guarantee results, color accuracy, finish quality, longevity, pricing, or timelines

No Warranties

Pristine Car Wraps makes no express or implied warranties regarding services provided by subcontractors, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of workmanship

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Longevity or performance of wrap materials

Any warranties offered are solely provided by the subcontractor or material manufacturer.

Customer Acknowledgement

By booking or proceeding with services arranged through Pristine Car Wraps, you confirm that:

• You understand Pristine Car Wraps acts solely as a coordination and referral service

• You agree that all work is performed by independent contractors

• You accept that full responsibility for services, outcomes, and any related issues lies with the subcontractor
